SEREN5 will host a Pitch Presentation Session at the Cluster 3 Info Day 12 & 13 June 2024 in Brussels, where researchers, security practitioners, entrepreneurs etc. with interest in civil security will present themselves and network.

This is a chance to;

• Present Your Vision: Share your groundbreaking project idea and expertise during the Pitch Presentation.
• Network with Experts: Engage with experienced stakeholders and project coordinators.
• Build Partnerships: Connect and built partnerships that may lead to a proposal submission.

The SEREN5 Consortium will receive the pitch presentations and shortlist them accordingly for the event. Coordinators and Partners from Widening Countries are encouraged to submit their pitch presentations!

Please find the Pitch Presentation Template HERE, send it to Mr. Mark Meilak in .pptx format on mark.meilak@gov.mt with Subject: Pitch Presentation 2024 by the deadline 27.05.2024 at 17:00 CET.

Pitch presentations are to be timed for 3 minutes, in the case of a change in timing, pitch presenters will be informed.

Important Notice: Pitch Presenters are to be physically present at the event, so registration and attendance are required. Pitch presentations will be shared as an info pack after the event. Kindly respect the pitch presentation template structure, instructions and slides limit. Failure to do so, may make your pitch presentation rejected for the event and even for the info pack.
